Xi Mansion Marketing Cente of Fuju is located in Taishan, where the scenery is picturesque with misty river waves and overlapping green hills.


T|D设计以“共享共生”的生活理念,在功能配套、风格美学、文化属性等多个领域中挖掘价值;将场地记忆IP化,并塑造成为项目的核心符号,以叠加商业形式、文化IP与生活方式的复合态场景,打造一个新时代语境下南粤侨乡生活的全新范本。

T|D Design has adopted the "sharing and symbiosis" philosophy of life to explore value in various fields such as functional support, aesthetic style, and cultural attributes. They have transformed the memories of the location into an iconic symbol of the project, and created a complex scene that combines commercial forms, cultural IPs, and lifestyles. Through this, they aim to build a new model of life in the hometown of overseas Chinese in South China in the context of the new era.

台山以侨乡风情闻名,广府、华侨、海外文化在此共生共荣,这座小城的山海、街区的烟火,才是永恒不变的美好景致。

Taishan is famous for its hometown style of overseas Chinese. Cantonese, overseas Chinese, and overseas cultures coexist and prosper here. The mountains, seas, and fireworks in this small town are the eternal beautiful scenery.


设计上将文化肌理与城迹脉相勾勒,以“书山有路勤为径”为精神IP,主体设计中提取了古线装书的线条排列使空间通透高朗,结合石花山重峦叠嶂的意与形,最大限度地呈现艺术的创作能量。

In the design, the cultural texture and urban landscape are intertwined, and the "the mountain of books has roads as the path" serves as the guiding spirit. The design incorporates the layout of ancient thread-bound books to create a spacious and transparent space, and draws inspiration from the undulating peaks and ridges of the Stone Flower Mountain to maximize the creative energy of art.


中央嵌入墙内迎客松形态的艺术改造,形成视觉焦点,因灵动而蓬勃,以凌然的姿态,融入空间形态中。

The central embedded wall has undergone an artistic transformation, taking the form of a welcoming pine tree that serves as a visual focal point. It appears lively and vibrant, and blends seamlessly into the space with a commanding presence, adding a touch of elegance to its surroundings.



艺术不应束之高阁,而应用于生活,融于生活,T|D设计特别为空间装点的艺术装置——黄金屋,为空间增添“千两黄金万担谷,夜夜笙歌镬耳”的广府文化形式感。

Art should not be confined to the ivory tower,  but should be applied to and integrated into life.T|D designed an art installation specially decorated for the space - the Golden House.



交流品茗之所,力求雅致、隐逸、亲和。温润的石材与木饰面、地面相互搭配,简洁性与质感美浑然成洽谈区的仪式感。

"The is a space for exchanging ideas, with an emphasis on elegance, seclusion, and warmth. The combination of warm stone and wood finishes creates a refined and sophisticated ambiance, making visitors feel relaxed ,precipitation.
